Chris Runnels has been playing music since the age of 5.
He began on piano and then picked up guitar and has since become a proficient multi instrumentalist and singer.
As a result Chris’s solo appearances can utilize a variety of instrumentation. He can perform an evening of Piano (keys) and vocals, guitar and vocals, or a combination of both. Music styles can range from entertaining guitar and keyboard performance with looping vocals and harmonies, to a quiet folk or coffeehouse evening of downtempo acoustic mellowness.
Chris uses a variety of keyboard instruments, samplers, percussion, a voice vocoder, and various guitars with alternate turning. Chris can create the exact evening you are looking for in both atmosphere and song or style selection. He is just as comfortable in an intimate or formal setting as a relaxed club atmosphere. Solo performances can be tailored to your exact needs for the event.
Rider
Chris travels with his own high quality sound and lighting packages and requires no rider or special needs for nearly any club/concert situation.
Stage/performance area typically requires a minimum of 8×8, and standard 20amp electric service is fine.
